EcoSpeed are continuing to operate as normal during these difficult times, and we’re here to help you with any courier jobs you require.
The main thing to be aware of is that our office team are now working from home, meaning our phone lines may often be engaged. In the event you can’t get through, please try again or send us an email at email@example.com – our inbox is constantly monitored by the team.
Away from our office operations, we’ve ensured our drivers are taking the following necessary precautions when making deliveries:
- To try and reduce contact, we will not be taking signatures for PODs and will instead be asking for names that our driver will write down. If you have a specific requirement for a signature, please advise us at time of booking.
- If we’re collecting from or delivering to anybody that is self isolating, please advise us asap so we can arrange a suitable collection/delivery point that limits any contact.
- We’re asking drivers to wash their hands regularly and carry hand sanitiser in their vehicles.
- If our drivers or anybody they’ve been close to are showing signs of Coronavirus, they have been instructed to self isolate.
